MyProduct - Certificates of performance and accessories
The MyProduct online service offers you certificates, spare parts information and technical documentation for Liquid Handling instruments, BLAUBRAND® volumetric instruments and all consumables with a defined quality level. You will always receive individual information for your serial number or batch number.
Enter the catalog number (on the packaging or delivery bill) and the 8-digit serial number (on the instrument).
For the following instruments, alternatively you can simply scan the data matrix on the instrument with a QR code scanner on your cell phone:

You need the catalog number and the serial or batch number. You will find the catalog number on the packaging or the delivery note. If the catalog number contains the letters USP, please enter these as well. For instruments with a batch certificate, you will also find the batch number on the instrument. Depending on the year of manufacture of your instrument, the batch number is printed in the format YY.BB (e.g. 16.01), where YY stands for year of manufacture and BB for batch number, or in the format BB DE-M YY (e.g. 46 DE-M 18), where YY stands for year of manufacture and BB for batch number. Always enter the batch number in the format YY.BB regardless of how it is written on the instrument – in these examples either 16.01 or 18.46. Please note that only certificates for instruments manufactured in the last 10 years can be retrieved.

For instruments with an individual certificate, you will find the serial number on the instrument. Depending on the year of manufacture of your instrument, the serial number is printed in the format YY.BB XX (e.g. 15.04 25), where YY is the year of manufacture, BB is the batch and XX is the consecutive serial number, or in the format YYMXXXXX (e.g. 18H12345), where YY is the year of manufacture, M is the month and XXXXX is the consecutive serial number. Enter the serial number as it is printed on the instrument. Please note that only certificates for instruments manufactured in the last 10 years can be retrieved.
