Certificates for your Liquid Handling Instruments
Enter the catalog number (on the packaging or delivery bill) and the 8-digit serial number (on the instrument).
For the following instruments, alternatively you can simply scan the QR code on the instrument with your cell phone:
- Transferpette® S single-channel instruments manufactured as of January 2020
- HandyStep® touch instruments manufactured as of March 2023

Enter the part number and the lot number (on the label). There are two types of batch numbers:
- If the batch number after the LOT symbol is a 10-digit number, please enter it with the leading zeros. This also applies if the 10-digit number is followed by further digits after a slash.
- If the batch number after the LOT symbol has a different format, please only enter the numbers after the slash.
BLAUBRAND® volumetric instruments manufactured in the past 10 years
You need the catalog number (on the packaging or the delivery note) and the serial or batch number. If the catalog number contains the letters USP, please enter these as well.
For instruments with a batch certificate, you will find the batch number on the instrument. Depending on the year of manufacture, the batch number is printed in the format YY.BB (e.g. 16.01), where YY stands for year of manufacture and BB for batch number, or in the format BB DE-M YY (e.g. 46 DE-M 18), where YY stands for year of manufacture and BB for batch number.
Please note: only certificates for instruments manufactured in the last 10 years can be retrieved.
