In our video you can see how to put the pipetting robot into operation:
BRAND offers users an optional device qualification consisting of IQ and OQ:
Installation Qualification (IQ)
Using IQ test plans and a subsequent report, we document whether the liquid handling station and its software meet the requirements of the product specification.
Operational Qualification (OQ)
The correct functioning of the LHS and its components is tested against standards, and real samples are tested against end-user and BRAND specifications.
If your labware is not included in our labware database, a labware file for the desired labware can be requested (art. no. 998160), which can be imported into the software.
1. Please send the labware (and the form) to BRAND
2. A labware file is created, which can then be imported into the software
Depending on the labware, a customer-specific adapter/rack is required and can also be ordered (item no. 998134 + 998158).
